The Atos General Management Committee (GMC):

Thierry BRETON : Chairman and CEO of Atos and Worldline Chairman

Thierry Breton has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Atos SE since 2009.


Prior to that, he held several global leadership positions, including  CEO of electronics multinational company Thomson (1997-2002) and CEO of Europe’s largest telecommunications company France Telecom (2002-2005).


He served as France’s Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry (2005-2007) before becoming a professor at Harvard University (2007-2008).


Thierry Breton has been named one of The 100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World (2010) by the Harvard Business Review and has been granted the Montgelas Prize (2015) for outstanding actions in favor of French-German cooperation.


He has been elected President of the French National Association for Research and Technology (2015) and member of the French Academy of Technologies (2016).


A Commander of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, Thierry Breton graduated from the Paris École Supérieure d’Électricité (Supelec), and the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN, 46th class).

Charles Dehelly

Charles Dehelly began his career at the Thomson Group where in 1981 he was CEO of Home Appliance divisions and later CEO of the Television division. Joining the Bull Group in 1992 as Group Chief Operating Officer, he returned to Thomson in 1998 as Chief Operating Officer then as Chief Executive Officer. In 2004 he became CEO of the Equant Group, then CEO of the Arjowiggins Group (2006) before joining Atos in 2008.



Gilles GRAPINET : Senior Executive Vice President, coordinating Global functions and Chief Executive Officer Worldline

A graduate of the “École Nationale d’Administration”, Gilles Grapinet held various responsibilities at the French Ministry of Finance before joining the private office of the French Prime Minister and then becoming the director of the French economy, finance and industry Minister’s private office (2005-2007).  In 2007, Gilles joined the Executive Committee of Credit Agricole SA, has Head of Strategy before being appointed director of the Payment Systems & Services business division. He joined Atos in 2008.



Michel-Alain PROCH : Senior Executive Vice President & CEO North American Operations


Graduate of Toulouse Business School, Michel-Alain Proch started his career in 1991 at Deloitte & Touche in Paris then London before joining Hermès in 1998, as Director of Internal Audit. He was promoted in 2002 Chief Financial Officer for the Americas. In 2006, he joined Atos as Senior Vice-President Internal audit & Risk Management and was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in 2007, Executive Committee member.
